Refund policy
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on purchases unless for the reasons listed below. Once we have an agreement on a custom order with a 60% down payment, that deposit cannot be refunded unless I cannot for some reason deliver the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty and Repairs
I guarantee the item you receive is without defect when you receive it. Within 60 days from purchase, if you incur damage to your product during normal use such as a zipper breaking, a strap tearing or a rivet detaching, please take photos of the damage and send to me at craftyjuniperbags@gmail.com. If the condition is such that it can be repaired, I'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item cannot be repaired, and another similar item is not in stock, I will offer a 50% discount on an item in the same category as the one purchased. Items sent back to me without first requesting a repair will not be accepted.
