Shipping policy

Items will be shipped on average within 72 business hours, with the exception of custom ordered items.  

If you know me personally and live in the area, you can contact me regarding an in person delivery at craftyjuniperbags@gmail.com.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.

If a package is returned to me due to insufficient address I will refund you the purchase price of the items.  However, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given.  I will not reship an order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
